Multi-Factor Authentication for Immi Accounts

The Department of Home Affairs has set up multi-factor authentication (MFA) for ImmiAccount users.

Instructions on how to set this on mobile and also personal computers are available at https://immi.homeaffairs.gov.au/help-support/applying-online-or-on-paper/online/mfa-for-immiaccount

The website also has an embedded video to assist as well as a video transcript translator which is in Filipino, Hindi, Nepali and Chinese.

Other options are available such as email authentication and there is a section for frequently asked questions.
